President-elect Joe Biden's newly launched transition website has omitted North Korea among its key priorities, NK News analysis showed on Monday, raising questions about how much importance the new administration will place on DPRK-related issues.
The "Build Back Better" website, launched last week, lists mostly domestic issues as top priorities: COVID-19, economic recovery, racial equality and climate change. This stands in stark contrast to the Obama administration's warning in Nov. 2016 to president-elect Trump that North Korea would be its top national security priority.
