An apparently big story broke in Seoul this week, as newly revealed images showed a North Korean fisherman resisting repatriation at the inter-Korean border.

Yet I for one can’t see what the fuss is about.

It wasn’t a new story in any way. All the facts were known at the time, and had been since late 2019.
