North Korean media releases first images of Kaesong liaison office demolition

Recap of event calls it “latest punishment measure”, says DPRK “will set the intensity” for further action

North Korean state media on Wednesday released its first official images of yesterday's inter-Korean liaison office demolition, warning South Korea that any further “shameless and reckless” behavior would result in similar retaliation.

The photos followed a warning the same morning that the 2018 inter-Korean military agreement would also be effectively torn up, with Pyongyang’s announced reintroduction of armed personnel in previously demilitarized areas.
