Every year, the Korea Hana Foundation publishes a voluminous report about the current conditions of North Korean refugees residing in South Korea. Since this foundation is responsible for assisting the refugees with their manifold problems adjusting to life in the South, it is only logical that it is also charged with producing such a report.
