Ex-marine who raided North Korean Embassy asks US court to stop his extradition

Christopher Ahn, the former U.S. Marine who raided the North Korean Embassy in Spain in 2019, has asked a federal judge to block his extradition to Madrid, new court filings show.

The request further delays Ahn’s lengthy trial, two months after a magistrate judge in California certified his extradition.
