Why is North Korea keeping silent on its latest missile tests?

Experts suggest a range of explanations, including hesitance in Pyongyang to disclose details of its weapons programs

For mysterious reasons, North Korea has kept silent about its last two missile test events conducted on May 4 and 7, not promoting or reporting on them for days.

North Korea tested a presumed submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) from waters off its east coast on Saturday, following a ballistic missile test from the Pyongyang area three days later.
