World Health Organization reports the DPRK tested 702 additional people but has yet to introduce vaccines

North Korea continues to maintain that it has had no cases of COVID-19, while reportedly sharing “best practices related to integrated surveillance” of the coronavirus and influenza with the World Health Organization (WHO).

According to the WHO’s latest weekly situation report, the DPRK tested an additional 702 people using polymerase chain reaction and found no cases of COVID-19. The tests, conducted from Oct. 1-11, covered 117 people with flu-like illness or severe acute respiratory infections and 585 health care workers.
