Top North Korean official Kim Jae Ryong visited an apartment block project in Pyongyang a decade in the works to kick off a new “dwelling house” construction push for this October’s 75th Party foundation day holiday, state media reported Monday.

The site inspection comes as Kim Jong Un reportedly outlined the housing construction plans for both Pyongyang and the provinces during a Political Bureau meeting late last month.
