SEOUL – Aleksandr Viktorovich Zykov–the Kazakh national identified on a blacklist by a leaked UN report–allegedly has a long history of using his small airline, East Wing Cargo, to ferry arms, goods and militants across borders in defiance of UN sanctions.
Iurii Lunov, one of two Ukrainians identified by the leaked report, is also said to be a close associate of Zykov's.
