North Korea threatens South with ‘shower of shells’ over anti-regime leafleting

DPRK slams court decision to strike down anti-leaflet law, claiming ROK is using leaflets as ‘psychological warfare’

In an article published by the Korean Central News Agency, a commentator named Kim Yun Mi criticized a recent ROK Constitutional Court ruling that declared a law banning such leafletting as unconstitutional.
