Foreigners can enter North Korea after 2-day quarantine: Chinese state media

DPRK has yet to confirm policy change, which could lead to tourism reopening or just expansion of official exchanges

North Korea will allow foreigners to enter the country on the condition that they undergo a two-day quarantine, according to Chinese state broadcaster CCTV, though it remains unclear if this sets the stage for long-term residents and even tourists to return for the first time in over three and a half years.

The Chinese state-run agency reported Monday evening that the new policy was in place as of the same day.
