North Korean nuclear weapons pose the greatest threat to Seoul despite the outbreak of war in Ukraine and growing tensions over Taiwan, South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol said in an interview published Sunday. 

Speaking to CNN at the end of a seven-day trip overseas, Yoon warned that the DPRK might “conduct provocations” if China attacks Taiwan.

“I am aware that global attention is being put on Ukraine because a real act of aggression — changing the status quo using force — and act of invasion are taking place,” Yoon told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria, according to the presidential office’s Korean transcript
