North Korean leader Kim Jong Un broke his self-imposed moratorium on long-range missile testing on Thursday, South Korean President Moon Jae-in has said, “strongly condemning” the DPRK’s launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).
Moon called out Kim by name in a statement Thursday and accused him of carrying out actions that pose a “grave threat” to the Korean Peninsula and international community, criticizing Pyongyang for breaching U.N. Security Council resolutions.
