Xi Jinping delivered the message to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un through a designated diplomat in Beijing

Chinese President Xi Jinping told North Korean leader Kim Jong Un that he's willing to work with him to preserve peace on the Korean Peninsula, Chinese state media reported on Monday.

China's Xinhua News Agency stated that Xi delivered the message to Kim through a designated diplomat and said that he's willing to work with North Korea and "other related parties" to "preserve peace and stability on the peninsula so as to make new contributions to regional peace, stability, development and prosperity."
