North Korean leader Kim Jong Un ordered the country’s top officials to strengthen legal control and surveillance over how they implement the DPRK’s new five-year economic plan.
On the third day of the ruling party’s latest plenum meeting, Kim stressed the importance of “eliminating irrational elements that become a hurdle” to the economic plan and the need to “enact and equip new sectoral laws” to increase production and construction efficiency, state media reported on Thursday.
