North Korea still has not reported a single case of COVID-19, but the country has now recorded more than 6,000 “suspected” infections, according to new numbers from the World Health Organization (WHO).
As of Oct. 29, North Korea documented 6,173 suspected cases, eight of which involved foreign nationals, according to a recent WHO report. However, it’s not clear how many of these suspected cases were actually tested or quarantined.
