Biden criticizes Trump for ‘cozying up to dictators’ in DNC speech

Biden doesn’t mention Kim Jong Un by name, but it’s possible he is referring to the North Korean leader

Presidential nominee Joe Biden criticized Donald Trump for "cozying up to dictators" in his 2020 Democratic National Convention (DNC) speech on Thursday, but did not mention North Korea or Kim Jong Un by name.

Biden spent little time on foreign policy issues during his speech, but there was nevertheless specific criticism of Trump's record with authoritarian leaders.
