North Korea’s 14th Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) held its third session on Sunday, state media reported Monday, laying out budgetary priorities for the coming year and confirming some high-profile official appointments.

The session was originally expected to take place on Friday, and followed a meeting of the country’s Politburo on Saturday.
