Trump would “absolutely” talk with Kim Jong Un by phone

President also attempts to take credit for forthcoming inter-Korean talks

U.S. President Donald Trump would "absolutely" talk by phone with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, he told reporters Saturday from Camp David in Maryland, also taking credit for forthcoming inter-Korean talks.

But Trump's remarks stand in stark contrast to his October Tweet that "only one thing will work" with North Korea and preceding claim that U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson had been "wasting his time" with diplomacy.
