North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) during an official visit to Mongolia, according to local media.

Though details on the MoU were not given, North Korea and Mongolia will likely finalize agreements on increasing cooperation across a range of issues, from economic to humanitarian relationships between the two countries.

Ri’s three-day visit to Mongolia started on February 22. During the trip, the DPRK diplomat is expected to meet with both the country’s president and prime minister.
