SEOUL – Moscow has denied rumors of a high-level vist from North Korea after rumors circulating the South Korean press were picked up by Japanese media on Monday.
"There are contacts at a working level regarding the two sides' agenda," a Russian Foreign Ministry source told Interfax news in Moscow. "No high-level visits are being planned at the moment."
