SEOUL – The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) used its ‘urgent’ tag this morning to highlight an article containing an “appeal” from Kim Jong Un .

The tag is usually reserved for more pressing issues – articles detailing the sentencing of U.S. citizen Kenneth Bae and the announcement of Choe Ryong Hae as a “special envoy” to Beijing were both filed with the tag in the last four weeks.
