North Korea announced a new list of weapons systems to be developed over the next five years on the final day of the Ninth Party Congress on Wednesday, including anti-satellite systems and unmanned systems utilizing artificial intelligence (AI), according to state media.

The five-point list also includes land and sea-launched long-range nuclear missiles, military satellites and unspecified electronic weapons, while state media also vaguely alluded to “new secret weapons.”
