South Korean firm Ananti said it’s pulling the plug on its golf resort in North Korea, a day after NK News analysis showed signs that DPRK authorities are demolishing its facilities.

The company announced Tuesday that it plans to register its Ananti Golf and Spa Resort assets in Mount Kumgang as “impaired,” officially closing books on the 14-year-old project that never fully opened due to sanctions and up-and-down inter-Korean relations.
