North Korea’s top legislative body will hold its next full session on Feb. 6 next year to discuss budgets and childcare policy, state media announced Wednesday.

New laws on property judgments, construction design and water transportation were also passed on Tuesday at a plenary meeting of the Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) Standing Committee, led by Kim Jong Un’s right-hand man Choe Ryong Hae.

“The Property Execution Act establishes systems and order for executing property-related rulings, judgments and decisions in order to guarantee the civil rights and interests of institutions, businesses, organizations and citizens,” according to the Korean Central News Agency
