North Korean children may soon have access to a new batch of learning apps, including software to study English and manipulate 3D models, state media reported this week.
A recent article in the state-run DPRK Today website revealed three educational apps built by the Chongryu Economy Technical Company (청류경제기술사), which appears to be a modest company trying to make a quick buck, experts said.
