A smartphone and tablet app developed by a North Korean software company is offering real estate listings and recruitment services to domestic enterprises, state media reported over the weekend.

The application, named “Treasure Island (보물섬) 1.0,” was developed by the Taerim Information Technology Exchange Company (대림정보기술교류사) and is "gaining popularity" with users, according to the externally-focused outlet DPRK Today on Saturday.
