Malaysian Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and top North Korean official Choe Ryong Hae discussed reestablishing ties and reopening the Malaysian embassy in Pyongyang in a meeting in Azerbaijan over the weekend, according to the Prime Minister’s office.
