A United Nations organization responsible for sexual and reproductive health was granted humanitarian sanctions exemptions for work in North Korea and may now bring two cars into the country, a UN Security Council (UNSC) panel announced on Wednesday.

The aid organization, the United Nations Population Fund, is expected to use the vehicles for humanitarian projects in the country, a letter uploaded to a UN website said.

The group’s work in the North focuses on a range of health issues, including maternal health, HIV prevention, and family planning, according to the organization.
