News North Korea condemns Obama for Hiroshima visitNorth Korea doesn't want Japan - U.S. to have progressive relationship
North Korea criticized the U.S. President Barack Obama’s Hiroshima visit and his comments on Pyongyang’s nuclear capability in numerous articles published in state media over the weekend. Obama visited Japan to attend the G-7 Summit on May 26-27 in Ise-shima and delivered a speech calling for tighter U.S.-Japan relations. A spokesperson from North Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Sunday that it is a “delusion for the U.S. to hope for North Korea to abandon nuclear weapons,” describing it as “waiting for chick to come out of a boiled egg,” the Korea Central News Agency reported.
