Domestic speculation in South Korea over the sudden visit of a high-level North Korean delegation has been running high since three of Kim Jong Un’s top ranking officials arrived in Seoul on Saturday.
Hwang Pyong So, Choe Ryong Hae, and Kim Yang Gon reportedly arrived with an 11-member delegation, solely to attend the closing ceremony of the 17th Asian Games in Incheon. However, no one seems to believe the visit is without political motivations.
