A delegation of investors from Russia will visit North Korea on October 20, according to Russian news agency Itar-Tass.

Russia’s minister for the far east development Alexander Galushka made the announcement on Wednesday, adding that the delegation will be in North Korea until October 24.

“Many companies showed interest … The delegation that I’ll lead will include Russian businessmen,” Galushka said in comments carried by Itar-Tass.

The Russian minister made the announcement whilst at a meeting with North Korean foreign minister Ri Su Yong, who arrived in Russia on September 30 for a ten day visit.
