North Korea may host an international golf tournament on the Kumgang golf course, a region currently closed to South Korean tourists, in 2015.

Though still in its early stages, plans exist to extend Lupine Travel’s annual golf tournament to a six day affair that will begin on Pyongyang’s 18 hole course and then move to scenic golfing facilities – originally paid for with South Korean money – near Mt Kumgang.
