North Korea’s Ninth Party Congress continued sector-level meetings on the sixth day of proceedings on Tuesday, according to state media, while suggesting these may carry into Wednesday amid questions over when the event will conclude.

The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that party cadres “intensified the discussion on the orientation and plans of the work of different sectors and units,” including a new “five-year strategy” that was already “presented” earlier.
