North Korean state media has denounced South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol as a “fascist dictator” over his declaration of martial law one week ago, in its first report on the crisis in the ROK.

“Puppet Yoon Suk-yeol, facing a serious crisis of governance and impeachment, has shocked the nation by suddenly declaring martial law and brazenly turning fascist dictatorial weapons against the citizens, throwing all of South Korea into chaos and pandemonium,” the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Wednesday.
