The younger sister of the North Korean leader threatened to “destroy” the South Korean capital Seoul if “a drone of the ROK is discovered in the sky over our capital city once again,” according to a statement released late Saturday, in what appears to be an escalation of rhetoric.

Kim insisted that the ROK government launched or directly helped another group send a drone to drop anti-DPRK leaflets over Pyongyang on Friday night.

Pyongyang will consider any similar incidents in the future as ROK government activity regardless of whether Seoul was actually involved.
