Seoul investigating leak of secret military agents’ identities to North Korea

South Korea reportedly recalled some personnel due to breach, amid growing scrutiny of ROK intel operations

Seoul’s defense ministry is investigating the reported leak of a classified list of ROK military intelligence agents, which local media said may have reached North Korea.

Maeil Business Newspaper first reported on Friday that classified documents managed by the Defense Intelligence Command (DIC), including information about army intelligence units such as the Headquarters Intelligence Detachment and human intelligence (HUMINT) operations, had been leaked to the DPRK.
