North Korea has launched more trash balloons toward South Korea, the ROK military announced Monday night, just hours after Seoul revealed some of the balloons the DPRK had previously sent carried parasites from likely human feces and other excrement.

Monday’s launch by Pyongyang also comes after high-profile defector activist Park Sang-hak’s group launched anti-DPRK leaflets last Thursday, to which the North Korean leader’s powerful sister had warned of retaliatory measures.
