Russia appears to be continuing to use North Korean missiles to strike targets in Ukraine, according to a Ukrainian police official on Wednesday, following launches in December and early January. 

Moscow fired five missiles on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, according to the city’s Regional Prosecutor’s Office, striking civilian businesses and injuring a 52-year-old woman and two men aged 59 and 64.

Two of the five missiles were North Korean KN-23 missiles, lead investigator of the Kharkiv State Police Serhii Bolvinov stated on his social media.
