Kim Yo Jong floats possible engagement between North Korea and Japan

But DPRK leader’s sister caveated statement as being her ‘personal views,’ adding conditions Tokyo must first meet

Kim Yo Jong, the influential sister of North Korea’s leader, issued a response to Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on Thursday night, floating the possibility of engagement between Pyongyang and Tokyo.
