North Korean foreign minister Choe Son Hui will travel to Moscow from Monday to Wednesday, according to state media. 

Choe’s Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov invited her for an “official visit,” the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported Sunday. Lavrov himself spent several days in Pyongyang last October. 

The visit comes as the U.S. and others have consistently accused North Korea of supplying various sorts of ammunition and other weapons to support Russia’s invasion of Ukraine — most recently ballistic missiles.
