North Korean foreign minister Choe Son Hui will travel to Moscow from Monday to Wednesday, according to state media.
Choe’s Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov invited her for an “official visit,” the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported Sunday. Lavrov himself spent several days in Pyongyang last October.
