Kim Jong Un inspects nuclear-powered submarine project, cruise missile test

State media says new cruise missile launched from underwater but doesn't show submarine images

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un inspected a nuclear-powered submarine under construction and watched a "strategic cruise missile" test launch on the east coast on Sunday, according to state media.

The Rodong Sinmun reported that the DPRK navy tested two "submarine-launched" cruise missiles called the "Pulhwasal-3-31" and that they struck island targets after flying around 123 and 124 minutes each (7,421 and 7,445 seconds).
