North Korean leader Kim Jong Un inspected a nuclear-powered submarine under construction and watched a “strategic cruise missile” test launch on the east coast on Sunday, according to state media.

The Rodong Sinmun reported that the DPRK navy tested two “submarine-launched” cruise missiles called the “Pulhwasal-3-31” and that they struck island targets after flying around 123 and 124 minutes each (7,421 and 7,445 seconds).

Monday’s report did not show images of the launch platform or whether it was an underwater barge or submarine.
