North Korean leader Kim Jong Un inspected a factory producing nuclear missile launch vehicles for long and short-range ballistic missiles, including those the U.S. claims Pyongyang recently transferred to Russia, according to state media on Friday.

NK News analysis suggests the plant is the March 16 Factory in Phyongsong just north of the capital, which Kim also visited last August, though Friday’s report blurred the faces of employees and did not name the location.
