South Korea is unlikely to develop nuclear weapons in the next ten years, according to a new survey of experts conducted by NK News, even as North Korea accelerates its weapons of mass destruction program.

Over 23% of respondents said it is “somewhat unlikely” that South Korea will develop nuclear weapons capabilities, while 22.6% said it is “highly unlikely.”
