Vladimir Putin is one of the few people on the planet who can claim to enjoy a long-time relationship with North Korea’s ruling Kim family. Yet despite decades of lukewarm ties, the rumored upcoming summit with Kim Jong Un could be Putin’s chance to really hit things off between the two countries.
