She made the remarks during an interview on CBS’ Face the Nation on Sunday following reports North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss arms sales and military cooperation at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok between Sept. 10 and 13.
