North Korea quarantined the Russian Embassy for one week after the departure of a Russian military delegation last Thursday, an embassy representative told NK News, raising questions about Pyongyang’s current COVID-19 policies and the possibility the visits were conducted inside a bubble.

“After [the] Russian delegation left, our Embassy was put in quarantine for 7 days,” an unnamed representative from the Russian Embassy in Pyongyang said via email on Friday.
