North Korean leader vows to boost ‘strategic and tactical’ ties at meeting with visiting Chinese delegation

North Korea and China will work to strengthen “strategic and tactical collaboration,” according to DPRK state media Saturday following high-level talks between leader Kim Jong Un and the head of a visiting Chinese party delegation.

Kim and Chinese politburo member Li Hongzhong met on Friday after the two cheered on North Korea’s latest and largest nuclear weapons at a military parade the previous night.
