A South Korean nongovernmental organization (NGO) has announced that it sent bottles filled with rice and USB flash drives into North Korea recently, the first time it has publicized such activity since the outbreak of COVID-19.
Keun Saem revealed the activity on its Facebook page on Thursday, publishing photos showing dozens of red-capped containers and the inter-Korean sea border where the NGO presumably attempted to float the bottles into the DPRK.
